The team is made up of over 400 employees who work to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget. This team of experienced engineers, supervisors and craftsmen enables us to rapidly mobilise resources to meet customer requirements around the globe.

Many members of the team began their careers as apprentices at Elgin Engineering and have grown into skilled craftsmen who take great pride in their work and their status as Elgin-trained artisans.

Because Elgin Engineering offers opportunities to work on large scale and challenging projects, the company has been able to attract a high calibre of new recruits and retain staff whose experience spans 50 years.
