Elgin Engineering has always been at the forefront of Heat Exchange technology and the company has achieved a reputation for its ability to manufacture high standard, high performance heat exchangers to any specification. Indeed, it was the Elgin Engineering team who were called upon to manufacture the largest Texas Tower rod baffle exchanger in the world.

Sugar

Since 1949, Elgin Engineering’s team have been the go-to guys for local sugar producers, manufacturing new machinery and ensuring that existing equipment is maintained in 100% working order. Today, the company supplies 350 sugar rolls per year to the global sugar industry and has a workshop specially dedicated to the manufacture and maintenance of all types of sugar industry plant and equipment. We are able to undertake fabrications and castings of any size using our own large scale foundry and furnace facilities.

Services and Maintenance

Elgin Engineering’s Services & Maintenance Division are specialists in heat exchanger repairs and refurbishment (including complete re-tubes) and rebuilds of pressure vessels both in our workshops and on site.

Support Units

Elgin Engineering’s four major operational divisions are supported by smaller specialised units, allowing the company to offer end-to-end solutions to its clients without having to outsource. In this way, Elgin Engineering can maintain absolute control over the quality and the deadlines promised to its clients.
